A proof of this lithography is kept in the collections of the Clark Art Museum, Usa. (acquired by Sterling and Francine Clark). Henri Grévedon designed about twenty series of large-scale lithographic "portraits" of fashionable women, between 1828 and 1840 ( in : "Portraits of Fantasy, Portraits of Fashion by Susan L. Siegfried, University of Michigan. nonsite.org, article, issue #14). Amongst the most popular were : "le Vocabulaire des Dames, 24 portraits, and "le Miroir des Dames ou Nouvel Alphabet français", 25 portraits. Good condition after usual restoration.
